I'm a professional baker / pastry chef. In 2008 I started a 3 year apprenticeship at Rhybeck Kobler, a small town bakery at the heart of Kriessern, Sankt Gallen in Switzerland. After my apprenticeship I was allowed to stay on as a full time employee. During the 15 years of working there, I was able to enhance my talents and pick up essential skills. In 2012, I took a break to absolve a 9 month Patisserie Course at Le Cordon Bleu London. In September 2023 I left my life in Switzerland to join the hustle and bustle that is Accra GH, the beginning of Abena Ofeibea.
